The check of learning in the distance open education is an important part in the system of guaranteeing the teaching quality in broadcast and television universities. In order to improve the quality of checking the learning process, it is a key that we should know the importance of forming a good style of learning, namely strictness, dealing with concrete matters relating to work , independence and cooperation, design scientifically a multi-check target system and ways of judge and be stick with the teaching management when checking the learning process.
