摘要
随着南太湖地区生态旅游的迅速发展,迫切需要完善和建立相关的法律保障体系,应从产权归属、生态理念、国际接轨等方面完善相关的法律法规。
With the rapid development of the ecological tourism in the southern region of Taihu lake, the corresponding legal guarantee systems should be established and improved immediately, which mainly cover property right, ecology and connection with the world.
