Conceiving of a new mode of electric power security management

分析了现行电力安全生产管理模式的缺点,剖析了人员责任性事故屡屡发生的深层原因,并针对监督工作的缺失,提出安全管理法制化和依法监督的新型安全管理模式。

By analyzing the limitation of the mode of current electric power security management and explaining the fundamental causes of frequent accidents out of negligence, in view of inadequate implementation of security regulations and lack of supervision, a new mode of security management, namely, legalizing security management and supervision by law, is raised.
