Treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures with dynamic hip screw

目的评价动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床效果。方法1996年3月～2002年3月用DHS共治疗患者29例。骨折按Evans分型,本组EvansⅠA2例,EvansⅠB10例,EvansⅡA3例,EvansⅡB12例,EvansⅢ2例。结果29例患者均获随访,随访12～48个月,平均26个月,根据Harris髋关节评分优16例,良9例,中3例,差1例。结论如能及时手术良好复位,DHS是治疗股骨转子间骨折的较好选择。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of treatment of intertrochanteric fractures with dynamic hip screw (DHS). Methods 29 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fractures, of whom 12 were male and 17 female, were treated with DHS from March 1996 to March 2002. The ages of the patients averaged 67 years old (ranging from 51 to 86). According to Evens’classification, there were 2 typeⅠA, 10 typeⅠB, 3 typeⅡA, 12 typeⅡB, and 2 typeⅢ. Results The duration of follow up averaged 26 months (12 to 48 months). According to Harris hip score,16 cases were rated as excellent, 9 good, 3 fair, and 1 poor. Conclusion DHS is a good choice for treatment of trochanteric fractures on the conditions of adequate reduction and timely surgery.
