摘要
目的 探讨支气管哮喘血清IgE和ECP的水平 ,并分析IgE和ECP的相关性。方法 对象为 5 4例支气管哮喘患者和 2 0例健康正常人 ,采用酶联免疫法测定其血清IgE和ECP的水平。结果 支气管哮喘血清TIgE和ECP水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;血清中TIgE含量与屋尘螨SIgE水平存在直线相关 (r =0 .2 96 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;血清中的TIgE与ECP和屋尘螨SIgE与ECP之间并无明显相关性。结论 屋尘螨是引起支气管哮喘的重要变应原 ;血清TIgE和SIgE与ECP均无相关 ,初步解释为IgE表示患者变应体质的水平 ,但不能反映气道炎症的病理过程 ;而ECP水平可以客观地反映变应性哮喘患者体内炎性细胞激活的程度 ,可作为哮喘气道炎症监测的指标。
Objective To investigate the relativity of immunoglobulin E (IgE) and eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) in asthmatic patients.Methods Fifty-four steady asthmatic patients and 20 healthy people were enrolled in the study.IgE and ECP in serum were analysed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results The mean value of the total IgE(TIgE) and ECP in bronchial asthmatic patients was significantly higher than that in the normal people(P<0.01); There was a positive relativity between the value of the TIgE and house dust mite specific IgE(SIgE) in serum(r=0.296,P<0.05); There was no relativity between the value of the TIgE and ECP as well as house dust mite specific IgE(SIgE) and ECP in serum.Conclusion House dust mites is the main allergen in the expression of bronchial asthma;no correlation was found between serum ECP level and serum specific IgE nor total serum IgE.We think this can be explained by the fact that serum IgE level only reflects the atopic status of patients but plays no role in pathogenesis of airways inflammation.Nevertheless,serum ECP level objectively reflect degree of activation of inflammatory cells of allergic asthmatics.Hence,serum ECP may serve as a marker for monitoring the airways inflammation in asthmatics.
