在阐述传统电力工业模式及其优劣的基础上,对美国电力改革后新出现的独立电力生产商(IPP)、独立系统运营者(ISO)、区域输电组织(RTO)、独立输电公司(ITC)等机构进行了分析,并说明标准市场设计(SMD)和区域边际定价(LMP)等运行机制的特点和对可靠性的影响。
Following an analysis on the traditional model of electric power industry, some new structrues appeared duringthe American eletric power industry reforming are featured, such as independent power producers, independent systemoperators, regional transmission organizations and independent transmission companies. Standard market design andlocational marginal pricing are also described here.
