摘要
以德国HKW燃气-蒸汽联合循环热电厂为例,详细阐述投运前对水汽循环系统进行化学清洗的过程以及投运后系统给水和蒸汽的化学监督情况。通过对投运后蒸汽中氢气浓度的测量和对管道取样的金相研究,最后得出该电厂在投运前必须对水汽循环系统进行化学清洗,以保证在管道表面形成致密的保护膜的经验和结论。
A German large steam-gas combined cycle cogeneration power plant is introduced as an example in this paper,to explain in detail processes of chemical cleaning of steam-water cycle before commissioning, as well as the qualitymonitoring of steam and water after putting into operation. From measurements of hydrogen concentration in steam andmetallographic research of pipe samples, it is concluded that the steam-water cycle must be chemically cleaned beforecommissioning, so that a dense protective film can be formed on the surface of pipes.
