关于研制X射线荧光微分析标准物质的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 将经过高温处理的土壤样品进行反复研磨后,用于X射线荧光微分析标准物质的研制,当99%的粉末粒径≤30μm时,用仪器中子活化和同步辐射X射线荧光进行元素分布均匀性和最少取样量分析,结果表明24个元素的最少取样量可以降到约1mg。 Preparation of a microanalysis reference material (MRM) for X-ray fluorescence analysis was reported in this paper.A soil sample was pretreated under high temperature and grinded repeatedly until 99% of the sample powder is ≤ 30 μm in size. Neutron activation analysis (NAA) and synchrotron radiation X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (SRXRF) techniques were used for sample homogeneity test. The analytical results show that the sample is homogeneous and the minimum analytical masses for microanalysis of K, Ca, Ti, Mn, Fe, Zn, Rb, Sr, Sc, Cr, Co, Rb, Cs, La, Ce, Nd, Sm, Tb, Yb, Lu, Hf, Ta, Th, U by XRF is 1 mg.
