摘要
研究了硝酸钠-硫氰酸铵-罗丹明B-水液-固体系浮选分离锌的行为及其与常见离子分离的条件。结果表明,在NaNO3存在下,NH4SCN-RhB-Zn三元缔合物可浮于盐水相上形成界面清晰的液-固两相,从而使Zn2+被定量浮选,而Cd2+、Mn2+、Al3+、Ni2+、Co2+、Fe2+等离子不被浮选。应用该方法对合成水样及加碘锌强化营养盐中微量锌进行了定量浮选分离测定,样品标准加入回收率为98.3%~101.8%。
The liquid-solid flotation separation behaviors of zinc by sodium nitrate-ammonium thiocyanate-rhodamin B-water system and the conditions for the separation of zinc from other metal ions are studied. The results show that the ternary association complex of NH_(4)SCN-RhB-Zn floats above the salt-water and forms two phases with clear interface in the presence of NaNO_(3). In this condition Cd^(2+),Mn^(2+),Al^(3+),Ni^(2+),Co^(2+ ),Fe^(2+ )could not float and Zn^(2+) floats quantitatively. The method has been used for the flotation separation of Zn^(2+) in the synthetic water samples and nutritious-salt samples with additive iodine and zinc. The recovery of Zn by this flotation separation method is 98.3%~101.8%.
