Experience of placing the feeding tube through “T” tube to jejunum for enteral nutrition

目的 为了探索胆道术后需肠内营养者空肠置管的新途径。方法 在X -线下循“T”管、经十二指肠置营养管于空肠。结果 患者在顺利施行肠内营养后痊愈。结论 该法为胆道术后患者提供了一条肠内营养的新途径。

Objective To explore a new way of enteral nutrition for the after choledochotomy.Methods Feeding tube was placed through “T” tube and duodenum to jejunum under X-Ray.Results The enteral nutrition was infused through the feeding tube and the patient was cured.Conclusion It is a new way to solve enteral nutrition problem for the after choledochotomy.
