有关用户满意CS(CustomerSatisfaction) ,用户满意度CSD(CustomerSatisfactionDegree)及其测评的研究近年来成为国内外学术界、企业界的一大热点。文章详细论述了用户满意度测评体系和评价方法 。
For a few years, the study on CS and the evaluation of CSD have become hot apot in areas of academe and enterprising at home and aboard. Therefor, the paper particularly presents the discusion on the evaluation systems and appraisal method of CSD , taleing blowout as a example, and deals with the study of measure systems and appraisal approach for CSD.
