摘要
石油钻机盘式刹车块的主要失效形式是磨损。其磨损寿命受多种因素的影响。这些影响因素有些属于随机现象 ,有些则属于模糊现象。文中根据刹车块的磨损变化曲线推出刹车块使用一段时间后的常规可靠度 ;同时 ,文中还对刹车块使用中的模糊性进行了较详细的阐述 。
Wear is the most failure way of brake pads on disc brake of drill rig. Several of factors affect the life time of brake pads in condition of wear, some of which appear random nevertheless others do fuzzy. Degree of routine reliability is deduced according to the curve of brake pads' wear varying after the brake pads have being used for a period in the article. Moreover, fuzzy character have been described in detail in the usage course of brake pads, and degree of fuzzy reliability is analyzed as well when the brake pad is worn to a certain exteat.
