摘要
以海洋平台钢E32为对比材料 ,在实验室通过加速腐蚀试验和力学试验对几种低合金钢进行了分析和评估 ,其中重点考察了钢中碳含量和合金元素总量的影响。结果表明 ,钢中碳含量低于 0 .0 7%时 ,基体组织中珠光体百分比小于 13% ,此时低合金钢耐海水腐蚀性能明显提高 ;
Corrosion rates in seawater and mechanical properties of several lower-alloyed steels were measured by cycle corrosion test and mechanics test compared with E32 steel for offshore platform. The effects of the carbon content and percent pearlite in matrix structure were mainly investigated. It was found that the corrosion resistance to seawater was obviously improved when the carbon content and the percent pearlite in matrix structure were decreased to under 0.07% and 9—13% respectively, and its loss in tensile or yield strength caused by the reduction in carbon content was offset by the addition of alloy elements for a lower-alloy steel.
