摘要
文章介绍了国内外修井设备的现状及存在的问题 ,在此基础上提出了我国通井机今后的发展趋势及技术研究方向 ,即 ,提升动力机、液力传动变速箱及传动系统的可靠性 ;提高专用底盘的技术性能 ,增强运移性能 ;提高绞车、刹车装置、转盘的操作自动化程度 ;提高操作系统的智能化水平 ;增加作业功能 ,满足不同工况的作业需求 ;
On the basic of the introduction of present status and existing problems of domestic and foreign well service equipment,this paper presents the development trend and technology,that is to increase the reliability of lifting power,hydraulic transmission box and system,to increase technical performance for chasse,to enhance movability;to improve the automation of control for hoist,braking and rotary table,to strengthen operation functions thus to satisfy all working condition.The optimization design and research work should be done to strengthen structure.
