摘要
采用 5轴联动数控机床 ,应用堆焊表面硬化技术 ,开发了一种新型钢体PDC钻头制造工艺。该制造工艺解决了机械加工质量和表面硬化等方面存在的问题 ,降低了钢体PDC钻头的生产成本 ,简化了制造工序 。
Using the five-axis CNC machine and hard surfacing method a new type of manufacturing process on steelbody PDC bits was developed. The new manufacturing process is perfect with its high product quality, low cost, simple working procedure, and so on.
