22例卵巢癌术中行腹腔热灌注化疗其游离癌细胞变化的观察

The Observation of the Free Cancer Cell's Variation of Ovarian Carcinoma in the Operation with Chemotherapeutic Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Perfusion

目的:探讨腹腔热灌注化疗(chemotherapeutichyperthermicintraperitonealperfusionCHIP)在卵巢癌治疗中的应用价值。方法:收集卵巢癌术后CHIP前后腹腔液中细胞并在电镜下进行观察。结果:电镜下CHIP前腹腔液中细胞密集,大多是癌细胞,癌细胞结构完整,细胞膜表面有微绒毛,细胞器形态正常,而CHIP后,腹腔液中仅见癌细胞碎片或炎性细胞,癌细胞完整性破坏,细胞核变性溶解,线粒体空泡变,细胞器形态异常,胞浆水肿。结论:卵巢癌术后CHIP能有效杀灭腹腔内游离癌细胞(FreecancercellFCC),对预防卵巢癌术后腹腔内转移及复发具有重要意义。

Objective: To study the application value of chemotherapeutic hyperthermic intraperitoneal perfusion (CHIP) on treatment of ovarian carcinoma. Methods: The cells of peritoneal fluid were collected before and after CHIP and observed by electron microscopes in the operation of ovarian carcinoma. Results: Before CHIP, cells of peritoneal fluid were crowded under electron microscopes. Most of them were cancer cells. The structure of cancer cells was complete. There were microvillus on the surface of cytomembrane. The form of organelles was normal. After CHIP, cancer cells pieces or inflammatory cells were seen clearly. The integrity of cancer cells was destroyed. The nucleus was degenerative solution. Mitochondrion vacuoles were changed. The form of organelles was abnormal, cytoplasm edema. Conclusion: CHIP could effectively kill the free cancer cell and it is of great significance for effectively preventing the postoperative metastasis and recurrence of ovarian carcinoma in abdominal cavity.
