摘要 目的:探讨β胡萝卜素(β-C)+维生素E(VE)不同组方方案,对放化疗后荷瘤小鼠免疫力的影响,确定其配伍及适宜的剂量水平。方法:采用有重复的正交实验设计,用L8(27)正交表研究β-C、VE不同水平的两两配比及放疗、化疗两种治疗方案的不同配伍,对放化疗后荷瘤小鼠免疫力的影响。24只小鼠分为8组经口给予不同剂量的β-C、VE,20天后给予治疗。放疗组为一次性全身照射,剂量为4Gy,化疗组给予环磷酰胺,剂量为60mg/kg,隔日1次,共5次。治疗后第7天测试各项指标。结果:β-C对放化疗后荷瘤小鼠免疫力的影响起主导作用;β-C高剂量与VE低剂量的交互作用强于其它组的交互作用。结论:β-C+VE提高机体细胞免疫力的较好剂量配比为60mg/kg+17mg/kg。 Objective: To explore the effects of different combined regimen of β-Carotene plus vitamin E on the immune function of mouse treated by chemo-radiotherapy and find the best combined regimen and suitable dose level. Methods: Orthogonal design (L8(27)) was used to observe the effects of the combination of different β-Carotene plus vitamin E on immune function after chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Twenty-four mice were divided into 8 groups and oral administrated by different dose combination of β-Carotene and vitamin E on 21th day, then they were treated by chemotherapy (60mg/kg/d×5 times) or radiotherapy (4Gy). Tests were performed from 7th day after treatment. Results: β-Carotene played a bigger role than vitamin E on the immune function effects, and the combination of high doseβ-Carotene and low dose vitamin E showed better effects than others. Conclusions: The combined regimen with 60mg/kg+17mg/kg of β-Carotene plus vitamin E is better than other regimens in enhancing the immune function.
