单层及多层U形膨胀节轴向刚度有限元分析

The finite element analysis to the axial stiffness of monolayer and multilayer U-shape bellows

运用有限元分析方法 ,从基本力学模型出发 ,对单层及多层U形膨胀节的轴向刚度进行了计算 ,并与EJMA轴向刚度的计算结果进行了对比和分析。分析结果对U形膨胀节的设计与研究有一定的参考意义。

The axial stiffness has been calculated to the monolayer and multiplayer U-shape bellows from basic mechanics model by the finite element analysis.The results of the axial stiffness by the finite element method are compared with the results of EJMA.The comparison showsthat the discussion about the calculation of the axial stiffness is valuable tothe design and research of U-shape bellows.
