摘要
研究了炭黑含量、特性以及偶联剂对炭黑/ABS复合材料的导电性和电磁屏蔽性能的影响。结果表明:当炭黑含量达到35%(质量分数)时,体积电阻率达到最低值,约为103Ω·cm,而且钛酸酯偶联剂(炭黑质量的2%~5%)能很好地改善炭黑/ABS材料的导电性和屏蔽性能,并从金属网上的缝隙尺寸和方向两个方面分析了夹层金属网可能出现的缝隙对屏蔽性能的影响。
The ejects of carbon black (CB) fraction, carbon black type and coupling agent on carbon black/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene composites' volume resistivity and electromagnetic shielding efficiency (SE) were studied. The results showed that, when CB mass fraction was over 15% , volume resistivity dropped sharply and when it reached to 35% (mass fraction), the volume resistivity achieved the lowest value 103Ω·cm. Ti coupling agent (2%-5% mass fraction of CB) could greatly improve conduction and SE of CB/ABS composites. The influence of slit in the metal wire mesh on the SE was investigated by theoretical analysis and experimental observation.
