摘要
目的:研究复发性念珠菌性阴道炎(RVVC)最主要的病原菌,即白念珠菌对唑类抗真菌药物的敏感性。方法:对从RVVC患者阴道中分离出的102株白念珠菌,采用美国国家临床实验标准委员会(NCCLS)抗真菌药物敏感试验分会公布的《酵母菌的液基稀释法抗真菌药物敏感试验参考方案》(M-27A方案)进行体外药敏试验。结果:氟康唑(FCZ)对102株白念珠菌的药敏试验示,37株白念珠菌最小抑菌浓度(MIC)≥64.000μg/mL,57株MIC>0.125μg/mL、<64.000μg/mL,8株MIC≤0.125 μg/mL。伊曲康唑(ICZ)对37株耐FCZ的白念珠菌药敏试验示,35株MIC≥16.000μg/mL,仅2株MIC<16.000μg/mL。结论:①NCCLSM-27A方案操作简便,MIC的一致性及重复性好,可作为体外抗真菌药敏感性试验的一种较好方法。②37株耐FCZ的白念珠菌对ICZ体外药敏试验结果表明,FCZ和ICZ可能具有相似的抗真菌作用机制。
Objective: To research the sensitivity and resistance of pathogenic yeasts, Candida albicans, isolated from recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis (RVVC) to antifungal agents. Methods: The susceptibilities of the Candida albicans from RVVC to fluconazole (FCZ) and itraconazole (ICZ) were tested by NCCLS M-27A methods in vitro. Results: The susceptibility results of 102 strains of susceptibility testing of Candida albicans to FCZ showed there were 37 strains with MIC≤64.000 f44g /mL, 57 strains with MIC between 0.125 f44g /mL and 64.000 |j,g /mL, and 8 strains with MIC≤0.125 f44g /mL. The susceptibility results of 37 strains of the FCZ-resistant Candida albicans to ICZ showed there were 35 strains with MIC≤16.000 f44g/mL and only two strains with MIC<16.000 f44g/mL Conclusions: NCCLS M-27A micro-dilution method is reliable, reproducible and easy to use in the laboratory. Azole antifungal agents of FCZ and ICZ may have the similar mechanisms against Candida albicans.
