摘要 micRNA和siRNA基因调控技术不仅改变了基因的调控只有通过蛋白质与核酸的相互作用才能实现的认识 ,而且可以作为一种简单有效替代基因敲除的技术 ,在功能基因组研究、基因治疗等领域得到了越来越多的重视。本文就micRNA和siRNA基因调控技术的概念、原理与方法、应用的最新进展等方面进行综述。 The opinion that gene regulation must be by the interaction between nucleic acid and protein has been changed because of using micRNA and siRNA gene regulation technologies. Recently, these two gene regulation technologies are more and more widely used in study of genome and gene therapy, also it is used as a simple and efficient technology instead of gene knockout technique. Researches on micRNA and siRNA gene regulation technologies are reviewed in this article, which mainly concerns concept, theory and application.
