摘要
目的 :观察复方替硝唑糊剂在乳磨牙有窦道型慢性根尖周炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法 :用复方替硝唑糊剂或氢氧化钙甘油为根管充填材料分别对 2 0 5个患牙进行根管充填并于充填后 1、2年观察其疗效。结果 :复方替硝唑糊剂 2年根管充填成功率 95 .2 9% ,氢氧化钙甘油成功率 71.72 %。结论 :复方替硝唑糊剂是治疗乳磨牙有窦道型慢性根尖周炎较为理想的药物。
AIM:Observe the clinic effect of Co.Tinidazole Taste in periapical periodontitis of deciduous molar.METHODS:Use Co.Tinidazole Taste or Ca(OH)_2 as root canal material in filling 205 cases of periapical periodontitis which were observed after one and two years. RESULTS:The therapy which used Co. Tinidazole Taste got (95.29%) success while which used Ca(OH)_2 arrived 71.72%.CONCLUSION:Co. Tinidazole Taste is an ideal material in periapical periodontitis of deciduous molar.
