利用残根作为固定桥基牙的临床观察

摘要 目的 :探讨残根作为固定桥基牙的修复效果和临床意义。方法 :选择包括某一牙面余留少量残冠的残根 ,在根管治疗后预备钉道 ,采用铸造合金桩核、磨改桩钉塑胶核或银汞合金核作为基牙 ,在此基础上采用各种不同修复材料的固定桥修复。结果 :通过对 81例固定桥修复后 1~ 6年临床观察 ,成功 75例(92 .5 9% ) ,失败 6例 (7.4 1 % )。结论 :利用残根作为固定桥基牙 ,可以减少使用健康牙作基牙 ,并能扩大固定桥修复的适应证。 AIM:To investigate the repairing effect and clinical significance of using the residual root for fixed bridge abutment tooth.METHODS:The residual root including little residual crown was selected,and pin path was prepared after root canal was treated.Casting alloy post-core,or resin post-core,or silver-amalgam post-core were used in abutment tooth,then the post-core was altered,fixed-bridges being made up of varied materials were repaired.RESULTS:After 81 samples of fixed-bridges which had been repaired were observed by clinic for 1~6 years,we found 75 samples of them were successful,rate of success was 92.59%,and 6 samples of them were failure,rate of failure was 7.41%.CONCLUSION:Residual root being used for fixed-bridge abutment tooth may reduce healthy tooth being used in abutment tooth, and it can enlarge indications of repairing fixed-bridge.
