将粮食品质测报检测数据的电子文档,转换成Excel数据表,利用Excel数据库进行数理统计分析,运算出各级样本不同检测指标的平均值、标准差、样本误差等数据,以抽样标准差(S)代替总体标准差(σ),根据公式n=σ2/(e2/t2+σ2/N),计算出不同置信区间(代表性)的最小样本数。
The data from grain quality determination are transformed into Excel data document. Mathematical statistics is done by means of the Excel database to calculate the average values of the different determination indexes of the samples at various levels, the standard deviation and sample errors etc. Substituting the overall standard deviation (σ) with the standard sampling deviation (s), and with the equation n=σ~2/(e^2/t^2+σ~2/N ), the minimum sample numbers in different confidence intervals (representative) are calculated.
