摘要
运用散体结构力学理论,以新的方法分析水平型埋刮板输送机"物料整体移动"的条件。刮板推动物料实际是给予物料一个局部压力,如果刮板面积过小或刮板的间距过大都会导致刮板对物料的压力过大,从而破坏物料的整体性,结果是只有极少部分的物料随刮板链条移动,大部分的物料则停滞不前。因此,根据物料受压的稳定条件导出了刮板面积及刮板间距与物料整体输送条件之间的关系,并结合实例作进一步的验证和说明,为水平埋刮板输送机的设计提供理论参考。
The prerequisites for the mass movement of the material in a horizontal chain conveyor was analyzed with a new method in accordance with the structure mechanics of bulk material. The purpose of the scrapers pushing the material forward is in fact to provide a local force onto it. If the area of the scraper is too small or the pitch between the scrapers is too large, the force that the scraper acts on the material will be too heavy, and the steady condition of the mass motion will be destroyed, resulting in that only a small portion of the material can be moved by the scrapers and the chain, the rest will not. Based on the prerequisites for keeping the pressed material steady, the authors derive the relationship among the scraper area, scraper pitch and the prerequisites of mass movement of the material, and then give further verification and explanation by means of actual examples, thus providing a theoretical reference to the designing of horizontal chain conveyors.
