摘要
选择22头犊牛,随机分两组,每组11头。对照组和试验组分别在犊牛饮用奶中不加和加入1g甘露寡糖,试验30d。研究结果表明,试验组比对照组犊牛增重提高21.8%,经济效益提高47.9元。血液免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG含量分别提高21.62%和15.4%。试验证明,甘露寡糖促进犊牛生长,提高经济效益,增强犊牛抗病能力。
calves were randomly divided into 2 groups, each group with 11 heads. The control group and the experiment group were fed without and with 1g mannan oligosaccharides (MOS) added into the milk respectively. And the experiment lasted for 30 days. The result showed that compared with the control group, the weight gain of the experiment group increased by 21.8%, the economic benefit increased 47.9 RMB yuan. The result also showed that the content of immune globulin IgA and IgG in blood increased by 21.62% and 15.4% respectively after the feeding trial. The experiment proved that MOS could facilitate the growing of calves, increase the economic benefit and enhance their disease-resistant capability.
