摘要
提出了一个简明的炉阻计算公式,论述了炉阻实际上是由大量接触电阻构成的立体网络电阻。对电阻料之电阻率的离散性和起始炉阻的离散性作了比较深入的分析。给出了电阻料电阻率,相同装炉参数下炉阻的统计平均值和标准偏差。对炉阻异常,推荐了一种判断的方法。
A simple formula for calculating the furnace resisitance of graphitization furnace is developed.It is believed that the furnace resistance is a three-dimensional network electric resistance in nature and is comprised of a great quantity coduction resistance.The in-depth analysis about the dispersivity of the resistivity of the resistor grain and the initial furnace resisitance is conducted.Then the assembly average and standard deviation of the resistor grain are given under the same conditions of furnace charging.A method that can easily tell whether the furnace resistance is usual or not is presented.
