Ways and Tasks of Comprehensive Utilization and Disposal of Metal Mine Solid Wastes

探讨了开展金属矿山固体废弃物综合利用与处置 ,实现金属矿山固体废弃物的“减量化、资源化、无害化”,变废为宝、化害为利的途径 ,以及如何从根本上改善和提高矿区生态环境质量 ,提高矿山经济效益 ,促进金属矿产资源的合理配置 ,走出一条资源开发与环境保护相协调的矿业发展道路所面临的任务。

A discussion was made on the ways of the comprehensive utilization and disposal of metal mine solid wastes,and realization of reduction,resource recovery and unharmful disposal of the wastes.It also discussed the tasks of how to improve and increase ecologic environmental quality of the mines,to increase economic benefit of the mines and to promote reasonable arrangement of metal mineral resources,so as to open up a road of developing mineral industry of combining resources development and environmental protection.
