摘要
介绍了MVS电磁振动高频振网筛的结构特点及工作原理。经歪头山、南芬 2个选厂使用表明 ,平均处理能力分别高达 2 1.4 6t/ (台·h)和 2 0 .12t/ (台·h) ,平均品位分别提高 2 89和 2 81个百分点 ,平均筛分质效率分别达 39 6 7%和 4 4 78%。能有效控制好精选入选粒度 ,减少球磨机再磨负荷及过磨现象 。
The structure features and working principles of MVS electromagnetic high frequency vibrating screen are prsented. Its application in Waitoushan Concentrator and Nanfen Concentrator showed that its average througput could be as high as 21.46 t/h per unit and 20.12 t/h per unit, the average grade improvement 2.89 and 2.81 percentage points and the average screening efficiency 39.67% and 44.78% respectively. It could effectively control the feed size of cleaning operation and reduce the circulating load and overgrinding of mill, leading to an improved grinding efficiency
