提高会东铅锌矿铅锌选矿指标的试验研究 被引量:16

摘要 在会东铅锌矿现场工艺流程考察的基础上 ,针对其低铅高锌及矿石性质特点 ,采用SN - 9# 作铅矿物捕收剂 ,石灰 +LYN作锌矿物的抑制剂抑锌浮铅 ,结合锌矿经活化后选锌的新工艺 ,实现了铅、锌有效分离。结果表明 ,新工艺可较大幅度提高铅精矿质量和铅、锌回收率。 Based on the on-site investigation of the technological flowsheet of Huidong lead-zinc mine and in light of the low lead and high zinc contents of the ore and its properties, SN-9 # was used as the collector for lead mineral and slime and LYN were used as the depressor for zinc mineral to depress zinc while float lead. Furthermore, a new technology for zinc separation after the activation of zinc mineral was also applied to realize an effective lead separation from zinc. The results showed a great improvement of the quality of lead concentrate and both lead and zinc recoveries.
