摘要 在分析复摆颚式破碎机机构运动方式的基础上 ,提出具有倒置 4杆机构特征的双腔颚式破碎机。该双腔颚式破碎机的工作方式是 2个破碎腔交替破碎物料 ,不存在空行程的能量消耗 ,能量利用率高 ,单位功率明显下降 ,处理能力大幅提高 ,金属单耗也明显降低。该结构具有良好的机构运动特性 ,能极大地改善齿板的运动状态 ,使物料更有利于破碎 ,并延长齿板的使用寿命。并推导出双腔颚式破碎机主要参数的计算公式 ,比较了单、双腔颚式破碎机的主要性能参数。认为双腔颚式破碎机整机性能优良 ,是具有发展潜力的新机型。 Based on the analysis of the operation patterns of compound pendelium jaw crushers, a double-cavity jaw crushers with four bar mechanism inverted is introduced. The two cavities of this crusher crush materials alternatively, so that there is no energy consumption for idle stroke, leading to high energy utilization rate, evidently reduced unit power, greatly increased through put capacity and remarkably decreased unit metal consumption. Its inverted four-bar mechanism has good kinetic characters and can grealy improve the kinetic status of toothed plate, helping improve the material crushing and prolong the service life of the toothed plate. The calculation formula for the main parameters of double-cavity jaw crusher is deduced and its main performance parameters are compared with those of single-cavity jaw crusher. It is concluded that double-cavity jaw crusher has good integral performances and is a new type that has development potentialities.
