摘要
在超声无损检测中 ,回波的精确定位具有很重要的意义。对于超声检测装置 ,比如A型脉冲反射式数字超声探伤仪 ,在小声程范围内的定位精度很差 ,其根本原因是对采集到数据的不当处理所致。笔者针对应用于火车轮轨超声无损检测的超声检测系统 ,提出了采用传统方法和抽样率转换技术相结合的数据处理方法 。
In the ultrasonic non-destructive testing,the precise position of the echo is very important information.But as to the current ultrasonic equipment,such as the A-type instrument,positioning precision is not satisfactory.The main cause is the improper data processing.Based on the ultrasonic non-destructive testing system for the railway,a combined data processing method is put forward to deal with the sampled data, the result of the position of the echo is satisfactory.
