摘要
简单介绍了先进控制以及组态软件RSView3 2的特点和功能。针对先进控制的特点和应用现状 ,提出并实现二次开发工控组态软件RSView3 2 ,以VBA形式嵌入广义预测控制算法。通过上位工控机与PLC控制器的通信 ,实现了GPC、PID控制手动\自动的无扰切换 。
The features of the advanced process control and the function of the configuration software RSView32 are introduced.The way of using the Visual Basic editor to embed GPC algorithm into RSView32 is given.Through the communication between upper-computer and PLC controller,non-disturbance shifting among the GPC algorithm,PID manual/auto-control is realized,and it has been applied successfully in the temperature control of reactor.
