摘要
主要论述了金属损伤诊断系统的设计方法。该系统结合磁记忆检测和涡流检测两种技术 ,可以确定金属构件的易损伤部位 ,发现存在的微小裂纹 ,及时评估金属构件的性能状况。在应用中表明 ,该系统具有早诊断。
The design method of metal damage diagnostics system,which combines the metal magnetic memory testing(MMMT) and eddy testing is discussed.This system can detect the easy damage part and small crack of the metal material,so it can be used to evaluate the quality of the metal parts.Some applications indicate that this system has some advantages such as early diagnosis and high resolation.
