摘要
为确定超临界水氧化工艺处理城市污泥的主要控制参数,用自建的间歇式超临界水氧化装置进行了试验。结果表明:在压力为26MPa、温度为420℃、停留时间为155s和投加过量氧化剂(325%)时,反应液中的COD<10mg/L;金属盐和泥沙等沉积于反应器中,达到了良好的分离效果;最终残余固体产物的容积仅为浓缩污泥容积的1.2%左右。
In order to determine the main controlling parameters of supercritical water oxidation process for municipal sludge treatment,experiment was carried out in batch type supercritical water oxidation reactor.The result shows that under the pressure 26 MPa,temperature 420 ℃,retention time 155 s,and over dosing of oxidant 325%,COD in reactive liquid is less than 10 mg/L;metal salt and silt are deposited in the reactor,and thus achieving a good separation effect.The volume of final residual solid product is only 1.2% of the thickened sludge.
