酚类化合物对底泥氨氧化活性的抑制作用

摘要  利用摇瓶试验考察了18种取代苯酚化合物对底泥氨氧化活性的抑制作用。结果表明:苯酚邻位上的氢被取代时,对底泥氨氧化活性的抑制由强到弱的取代基顺序为-Cl、-CH3或-NO2、-H、-OH、-NH2,苯酚对位上的氢被取代时则为-Cl、-NH2或-H、-OH、-NO2;单个-Cl或-CH3取代可增强对底泥氨氧化活性的抑制作用,而增加-Cl或-CH3个数会使抑制作用削弱。取代苯酚类化合物对底泥氨氧化活性的抑制作用强弱与其酸性有线性关系,pKa越小则对底泥氨氧化活性的抑制作用越明显。 The inhibition of 18 substituted phenolics to ammonia-oxidizing activity of sediment was measured by means of oscillator test.The results show that when hydrogen on the ortho-position of phenol is substituted,inhibition is decreased as -Cl,-CH_3 or -NO_2,-H,-OH,-NH_2.When hydrogen on the para-position of phenol is substituted,inhibition is decreased as -Cl,-NH_2 or -H,-OH, -NO_2.The substitution of hydrogen on phenol by -Cl or -CH_3 would enhance the inhibition,while the increase in the number of -Cl or -CH_3 on phenol would weaken the inhibition.There is a linear relationship between the inhibition of phenolics to ammonia-oxidizing activity of sediment and the acidity of phenolics.The less the pKa is,the more significant the inhibition to ammonia-oxidizing activity of sediment.
