高校教学管理中的主体性原则及其实现

Principle of Subject and Its Realization in College Teaching Administration

在高校教学管理中实现主体性原则具有极为重要的作用。但是 ,在现阶段高校教学管理工作中仍然存在着教学管理工作者的地位和角色的缺失、教师主体参与意识不强及对主体的地位的认同感模糊、学生主体话语权旁落而淡出教学管理之外等问题。在教学管理中要真正体现主体性原则 ,就必须转变管理理念 ,树立人本管理思想 ,增强服务意识 ;活化课堂内外的教学能量 ,调动教师主体的积极性 ;以学生需求为主导 ,拓展学生话语权 ;加强教学管理软环境建设 。

Realizing subject principle in college teaching administration is of great importance. But at present this principle is not realized in college teaching administration. To realize the principle, the idea of administration must be changed to activate the ingenuity of the teachers, to satisfy the needs of the students, and to improve the software environment.
