This article summarized the development of new & high-tech in forestry and pointed the three main trends of it nowadays.Meanwhile the author analyzed the features of new & high-tech industrialization in forestry and argued that the lack of capital will be the central obstacle of the new & high-tech industrialization in forestry.Then author studied on venture capital for new & high-tech industrialization in forestry and explained the necessity and feasibility of venture capital for new & high-tech industrialization in forestry.At last the author put forward some suggestions.
