摘要
通过宏观、金相、裂纹和能谱分析 ,对某火电厂锅炉水冷壁横向热疲劳拉裂性质进行鉴定 ,造成热疲劳裂纹的主要原因是因为鳍片处点焊了不锈钢扁铁 ,并与锅炉运行或设计条件有关。能谱分析发现有腐蚀性元素S等存在 ,说明该横裂为腐蚀性热疲劳。
Properties of tube fin cracks are determined by macroscopic and metallurgical and energy spectrum analyses. The main course of the cracks is spot welding on the fin and heat fatigue related with boiler design and operation conditions. Corrosive elements such as S are found by the energy spectrum analysis, so the cracks are corrosive and thermal fatigue cracks.
