摘要
提出了新一代基于IEC 61 970标准中CIM和CIS的面向对象应用软件设计方案 ,以满足不同平台上应用软件的即插即用 ,分析了各个应用类之间的继承关系、运行序列等 ,实现了其中网络拓扑、状态估计和调度员潮流应用类。
Proposes the design of advanced object-oriented power system applications based on IEC 61970, which would support adding new applications in EMS via plug-and-play. The relationship of inheritance of applications is proposed and the running styles of applications are discussed. The application classes of topology, state estimation, power flow base on the system model of XML file have been implemented.
