摘要 国资企业的人力资源管理从企业的劳动人事管理演变而来 ,有些旧的模式需要打破。现代企业的人力资源管理涵盖了企业的用人机制、考核奖励、薪酬体系、员工培训等几个环节。用人机制作为企业组织生产经营活动的基础 ,员工的招聘、录用方针和如何畅通企业的人员出口 ,对企业生产经营的良性发展 ,特别是减轻国资企业的人员负担 ,有着深远影响。在国家相关政策不变和目前的社会大环境下 ,国资企业如何调整用人机制 ,改变人力资源结构失衡的状况 ,是一个需要认真思考的问题。 Human resources management in state-owned enterprises originated from labor & personnel management, therefore, some old modes shall be discarded. Human resources management in modern enterprises includes the following aspects of employment mechanism, examination & encouragement, pay system and employee training, etc. Employment mechanism is the base for enterprises to carry out production and business operation. The hiring of employees, employment policies and how to expedite the outflow of employees, can result in profound effects on the healthy development of enterprises, especially in the aspect of alleviating the burden of surplus employees in state-owned enterprises. With relevant state polices being stable and under present social environment, it is very urgent to think about and settle the problems of how to adjust the employment mechanism in state-owned enterprises and how to change the unbalanced situation of human resources structure.
