斜纹夜蛾实验种群动态的分析

Analysis of laboratory population dynamics of Spodopter litura Fabricius

研究了斜纹夜蛾在不同温度下的种群动态参数。结果表明 ,在 15℃、19℃、2 4℃、2 9℃、34℃恒温条件下 ,斜纹夜蛾世代存活率分别为 4 .5 3%、14 .5 7%、4 4.72 %、5 0 .82 %、4 0 .79% ;种群趋势指数分别为 6 .5 6、115 .4 9、389.0 2、4 6 8.39、2 0 8.94 ;内禀增长力 (rm)分别为 0 .0 0 2 32、0 .0 4 6、0 .1186、0 .1813、0 .15 5 3。根据实验结果 ,组建了斜纹夜蛾实验种群动态模拟模型 ,模拟结果与实际观测值基本相符。

The population dynamics parameters of Spodoptera litura Fabricus under various temperature were studies.The results showed that the generation survival rate were 4.53%、 14.57%、44.72%、50.82%、40.79% at constant temperature of 15℃、19℃、24℃、29℃、34℃, respectively; the population trend index were 6.56、115.49、389.02、468.39、208.94, respectively; intrinsic rate of increase (r\-m) were 0.00232、0.046、0.1186、0.1813、0.1553,respectively.The simulation model of laboratory population dynamics were developed based on experiment results.The results of simulation were fit to the observed values.
