对山西高等专科学校体育教学条件现状的调查分析

A Research on the Present Condition of Physical Education in Shanxi Professional Training Schools

体育教学条件是学校完成体育教学任务的物质基础 ,合理地配备体育教学条件能保证体育教学顺利进行和促进教学改革 ,不断提高教学质量。为改进工作 ,加强管理 ,促进山西大专学校体育教学质量的提高 ,笔者对山西高等专科学校体育教学条件进行了调查与分析 ,结果表明 :山西大专学校现有体育师资队伍业务素质较高 ,但普遍缺编 ;体育经费投入不足 ,经费使用与管理合理 ;室外体育活动场地多数学校能满足要求 ,室内活动场地普遍严重短缺 ;体育器材较齐全 ,图书资料有待于加强建设。

The condition of physical education is the material base for the completion of the task of PE. Rational provision and use of PE facilities ensure PE classes progress smoothly, and meanwhile help to improve the quality of education and promote transformation of education. In order to improve the level of PE in Shanxi, a research was done on the present condition of PE in Shanxi professional training schools. The result shows that although PE teachers are qualified, shortage still exists; the use of available funds is reasonable yet investment in PE is still inadequate. Space for outdoor activities can meet the needs of most PE classes, while space is seriously limited for indoor activities; equipment, books and reference materials on PE are complete, but need to be renewed.
