摘要 以明胶为原料 ,先用马来酸酐酰化再与丙烯酸接枝聚合的方法合成了阴离子明胶 ,用红外光谱验证了其结构 ,同时对其物理性能进行了研究 ,并探讨了其作为漂白麦草浆增强剂的应用条件 ,得出较佳工艺条件 :浆料pH值 6 5 ,用量 1 0 % ,硫酸铝用量 3 0 % ,作用时间 5~ 1 0min。实验结果表明 ,阴离子明胶的合成工艺简单、稳定性好 ,对漂白麦草浆增强效果显著 ,且符合中性抄纸的要求。 Anionic gelatin was prepared through amidation of gelatin with maleic anhydride,then grafting co-polymerization with acrylic acid.The structure and properties of anionic modified gelatin as paper reinforcer were studied by IR spectrum.At the same time,the conditions of its application in wheat straw pulp were studied.The results showed that the preparation of anionic gelatin was simple; it was stable and had a special structure.It could increase the dry strength of bleached wheat pulp obviously and meet the requirement of neutral papermaking.
