摘要
目的在合成联苯双酯衍生物的过程中 ,发现联苯双酯与氨基酸结合的衍生物中有的可能存在异构现象 ,希望通过对其分离证明推论。方法对存在异构体的化合物 1进行柱层析 (V(石油醚 )∶V (乙酸乙酯 ) =4∶1)分离 ,得到单一化合物 ,然后进行鉴定。结果与讨论对分离得到的化合物进行 1H NMR鉴定 ,与原来混旋体的 1H NMR谱对照 ,证明确实存在非对映异构现象。
Objective Diastereoisomer phenomenon probably exits in the derivatives of DDB which combined with amino acids and the diastereoisomers are expected to be separated and proved.Methods A certain compound which has diastereoisomer phenomenon was separated by the silica gel column (V(petroleum ether)∶V (ethyl acetate)=4∶1) and two pure compounds were obtained.Results and Conclusions It was proved that the diastereoisomer phenomenon exactly exsited by contracting the 1H-NMR of the separated compounds with the original 1H-NMR.
