门冬氨酸钾致突变作用的研究

Research on the mutation action induced by K-Asp

目的研究门冬氨酸钾的致突变作用。方法应用小鼠微核试验、哺乳动物培养细胞染色体试验 ,观察门冬氨酸钾对细胞的诱变性。结果门冬氨酸钾的小鼠体内微核试验、CHL细胞染色体畸变试验均呈阴性结果 ,门冬氨酸钾无诱变性。

Objective To study the mutation action of K-Asp.Methods The mutagenicity of K-Asp by the micronucleus assay and chromosomal aberration test of CHL were observed.Results It was observed that K-Asp showed to be negative in the tests that mentioned above.Conclusions K-Asp has no mutation action.
