摘要
目的探索游动放线菌中阿卡波糖生物合成与发酵培养基中碳源物质的关系 ,进一步优化阿卡波糖发酵培养基的组成。方法采用不同的碳源物质组成发酵培养基 ,并测定阿卡波糖发酵过程中碳源物质消耗与阿卡波糖生物合成的关系。结果发现麦芽糖和葡萄糖组成的混合碳源是最适的碳源物质 ,并且葡萄糖和麦芽糖是按照 1∶1的质量比被菌体摄取用于阿卡波糖的生物合成。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the biosynthesis of acarbose by Actinoplanes sp.and carbon sources in fermentation medium,leading to the optima of fermentation medium.Method Fermentation media were designed by using different carbon sources,and the uptake rate of carbon sources were measured during the biosynthesis of acarbose.Results It was found that the mixed carbon sources composed of glucose and maltose were best carbon sources,and they were taken up by microorganism cells by a molar ratio of 2∶1(glucose: maltose) during the period of acarbose biosynthesis.Conclusion These results provides useful theoretical support for the optimization of fermentation medium and for the feeding control of carbon sources during the acarbose fermentation.
