摘要
对稻草、稻壳、废纸及旧刨花与水泥的相适应性进行试验研究,同时对稻草选择不同标号水泥、不同种类的促凝剂及用量比较分析,结果表明:采用标号为42.5R普通硅酸盐水泥更适合进行水泥碎料板的生产,且经过添加5%-8%的CaCl2可促进水泥的水化。试验结果为稻草水泥碎料板的生产提供依据。
By studying the compatibility of some discarded materials (such as straw, chaff,waste paper, waste wood particle) with cement, and analyzing the effects of some factors (glade of cement, kind and dosage of additive etc.) on straw-cement particleboard,it was drawn that using grade 42.5R Portland cement as bonding material and 5%-8% CaCl2 as additive were more suitable to manufacture straw-cement particleboard.
