角膜形态学因素对非接触式眼压计测量值的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨角膜形态学指标和角膜中央厚度对非接触式眼压计测量值的影响。方法 选择屈光度 -0 75~ -2 5 0 0D的患眼 13 0 8眼 ,使用非接触式眼压计测量眼压 ,计算机辅助角膜地形图仪测量SimK1、SRI和SAI。采用多元线性回归分析的方法综合分析各自变量与眼压测量值之间的线性关系。结果 角膜中央厚度和SimK1与眼压测量值有明显的线性相关关系 (P <0 0 1) ,而SRI和SAI与眼压测量值无明显线性相关 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 近视眼患者角膜中央的规则性 (以SAI为代表 )和对称性 (以SRI为代表 )的变异 ,尚不致影响非接触式眼压计的测量结果。对眼压测量值构成影响的是角膜中央厚度和角膜屈光力 (以SimK1为代表 )。 s Objective To investigate the effect of corneal topographic indices and central corneal thickness (CCT) on the measured result of un-contact tonometer. Methods Intraocular pressure (IOP) was measured on (1 308) eyes with the diopter of -0.75 DS-25.00 DS using un-contact tonometer.Corneal refractive power (SimK),symmetry (SRI) and corneal center regulation (SAI) were measured with corneal topographer.Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to study the relationship between independent variables and IOP readings. Results CCT and SimK1 were significantly correlated with IOP readings (P<0.01),while SRI,SAI were not correlated with IOP readings (P>05). Conclusion The CCT and corneal refractive power (SimK1),but SAI and SRI,affect the measured results of un-contact tonometer significantly.
