摘要 为了分析我国高等护理教育教学计划的优缺点,为教学改革提供基础依据,笔者对北京医科大学、天津医科大学、中国医科大学等19所医学院校护理本科专业教学计划中开设课程门数、课时数及课程结构进行统计分析。显示:我国护理本科专业教学计划平均开设课程39门,教学总时数3638.4学时,其中公共课和医学基础课占总时数的54.35%,护理学专业课程总计不足20%。讲习比例为1.61∶1,理论课所占比例明显偏大,和临床医学本科相比教学任务偏重。有多数院校没有涉及到护理科研教学。建议按照突出护理、注重整体、加强人文、体现社区的原则修订护理本科专业的教学计划,使其更能体现护理专业的特点。 In order to analyze advantage and disadvantage of our country's advanced nursing education teaching plan and provide the basis for teaching reform, the authors conducted statistical analysis on number of courses, number of classes and course structure of teaching plan for nursing major undergraduate course in 19 medical colleges and universities such as Beijing Medical University, Tianjin Medical University, China Medical University and so on. It was found that average 39 courses were set in nursing major undergraduate course, the total time of classes were 3638.4 classes, common course and medical basic course took up 54.35% in total course, and major course of nursing major was under 20% according to assessment. The proportion of teaching to practice was 1.61:1.Obviously, teaching was much more than practicing, and compared with the clinical medicine undergraduate course, the nursing teaching task was too heavy. The course of scientific research on nursing was not offered in more than one half medical colleges or universities. It is suggested that the nursing teaching plan be revised, so that it can reflect the characteristic of nursing, according to the principle of giving prominence to nursing, paying attention to the whole, enhancing humanism and reflecting community.
